To resolve the conflict between Seraphinite Accelerator and Popup Maker, try excluding the Popup Maker scripts from being optimized by the Seraphinite Accelerator plugin. In Seraphinite’s settings, look for an option to exclude specific JavaScript or CSS files and add the Popup Maker scripts to the exclusion list. Alternatively, if the plugin doesn’t support exclusions, consider using WP Rocket or Autoptimize, which allow for more flexible script management, to handle acceleration without disrupting popup functionality.
Thanks for your reply , as I am unable to find the Popup frontend script , so I add it to exclude section of Accelerator plugin

Solved after clearing cache, but the content of popup is not clearly visible
