Hi everyone,
I am trying to find a free plugin to add to my website for pop up banners. But I need it for when a user clicks on a link on the site rather than it popping up when they get to a page on the site. Please let me know of one as I am trying to find one and I am having a tough time with it.

Popup Maker is a good one.
I’d suggest checking with your theme developer or if you’re using a page builder plugin check the features of the plugin to be sure popups are able to be built without a plugin.
I just use Kadence block’s modal
