- Please provide us with the link, where the given popup is enabled.
- Let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not. If yes, then, please clear all the caches and make sure the cache is excluded on the page where the given popup is enabled.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device. - Let us know what version of the plugin you are using.

Thank you for your response.
Please insert the following CSS code into the Theme > Customize > Additional CSS and check the case again.
Then, replace YOUR_POPUP_ID with the corresponding Popup ID (e.g. 3, like this .ays-pb-modal_3).
.ays-pb-modal_YOUR_POPUP_ID,
.av_pop_modals_YOUR_POPUP_ID {
display: none;
}
Please check this and let us know about the outcome.
