Please take a look at the Closing Behavior setting: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#creating-modules-behavior
You need to set it to “No longer show this popup across the site” and set to reset after 1 day. Please note that this will work via cookie, not IP.
Restriction through IP may need some custom coding, so please let us know if the above solution won’t work for you, then we can task for our SLS team to provide this.
