I hope it is OK to ask about 3rd party themes here. I’ve had only a little experience with style sheets and I’m having trouble figuring out how to change anything.
I have just a simple portfolio site with just a few pages. I need to modify the appearance here and there with changes to font point sizes & colors, alignment and column width. As an example, the text at the top of the Work page is too big and too pale…

I also want the site tagline to right-align with images.
I’ve tried making a few changes in the Portfolio Lite main style sheet (style.css), but it doesn’t seem to affect anything.
Any tips?
