We have a product where the customer ships their item to us for service, then we ship it back to them. Return shipping is handled at checkout, however, they MUST select (and pay for) shipping insurance when adding the item to the cart and there are different levels for them to choose from.
The problem is, when I set up a coupon (10% off, for example) it discounts the product + options… and I do NOT want to offer a discount on the shipping insurance.
Is it possible to exclude the options from coupons? Thank you in advance!
