POST api call to my site through wp-json returns with status code 500, but works as intended with postman

Thought it is something to do with CORS but I had Access control allow origin set to * already, tried turning that off but gave me another error instead.

My other POST api also works as intended just this particularly one is not working, this api is for creating a stripe checkout session
