The issue arises due to some custom CSS that has been written for our portfolio grid widget in the custom theme that you are using. When I remove them all through developer tools, the grid aligns well and behaves normally. You can check the same by quickly changing to the default twenty twenty theme without any customization. There are a number of styles in the theme style.css with prefix “lsow-” which are targeting our widgets.
Hi,
I checked by changing to the default template and looks OK.
However, I don’t know how to change the CSS. I am new with this website (I did not design it) and not very expert in CSS.
I accessed to the SiteOrigin Page Builder menu and found all these pages and options. Here are the captions:
Should I activate or deactivate any of these?
Thanks, thanks so much!
These are related to SiteOrigin Page Builder itself and not our widgets plugin. Pls check with SiteOrigin support and they will be happy to help. We do not use them much myself and leave the defaults alone, to be honest. Thanks!
Hi. The global Page Builder settings shown in the screenshots aren’t related to the described issue of: “The issue arises due to some custom CSS that has been written for our portfolio grid widget in the custom theme that you are using.”
So, looks like you can ignore these settings and leave them as they are unless you run into any issues.
