As said the columns in my blog list post template when in grid view auto column 3 are tiny .. and I can't work out how to fix it !

This is usually the result of conflicting CSS/missing CSS. If I could access the page I’d be able to check what exactly, but not from just an image. (With access I just mean the front-end, because i see you’re in coming soon mode)
Share your URL (we can’t help based on image alone). My guess is you either have too much padding/margin or the container width is set to a tiny value.
You can solve this yourself by right clicking > Inspect.
