So I know I can make a post in wordpress and set it to appear at desired pages.
But what if I am making a website for a client eho doesn’t wants to access wordpress everytime he wants to post something????
(Edit):
The idea is to provide the client a Simple Interface to Post, or blog

Build them a front-end posting system. With Gravity Forms – or another form plugin… or with Advanced Custom Fields. There are other ways.
To protect it – make it ‘visible to logged in users only’ – and add a simple redirect on login, so the client is sent to that page to write a post. Either let them get to admin if they want… or lock that off too.
Then they can only add posts, and only the content you put on the form. Gives you control, and means they get a simple interface.
*a client eho doesn’t wants to access wordpress everytime he wants to post something* – why is that a problem? Login, click Posts > Add New. What’s the issue there?
