I would suggest you to use the urgent help option under the help tab on the settings, on this forum we cannot discuss about the features which are not available in the basic version. Kindly follow the instructions provided in the very first email when you got the advanced version. Maybe you updated the plugin version from the projectdmc.org repository and plugin reverted to the basic version.
