1/ have the possibility to create rules for specific roots postcodes (example : UK begining by GBY, Italy begining by IT07 and so on)
2/ have the possibility to create a hierarchy between these rules and the dedicated country rule (example if Country is UK and postcode begin by GBY then apply specific rule ; if not then apply UK general rule)
3/ have the possibility to add flat extra cost to some rules (typically customs costs)
4/ have the possibility to import in rules batch post codes lists (excel, csv, whatever).
5/ have the possibility to create incremented rules ? (means price for x wheight then extra cost for extra x wheight)
