Basically, we don’t deal with the price. We have no codebase for the price control of the product. Can you please temporarily disable our Swatches plugin and check whether it happens with the default dropdown or not?

To identify the issue, you can deactivate all the additional plugins except WooCommerce and then check whether it happens or not.
If the issue still persists then you can open a thread at WooCommerce support. I hope they can clarify it for you.
Please also share their feedback here. It may help others if they are facing the same issue. As it is not an issue from our side, I am changing the status of this topic to “resolved”.
