Sorry to say, we are not so sure about your query. But, if you are trying to generate a feed that will include prices without tax then it’s possible with our plugin.
Go to feed generate and assign the attribute Price, regular price, or Sale price to the price field and generate the feed. Using those attributes won’t include tax in the feed price.

But, if this is not what you are trying to explain, please, explain a bit briefly with some reference like a screenshot or a small screencast.

You can select the field at feed, “price with vat”.
I can see that all xml data has the correct prices included vat
