PROBLEM: The primary image is not showing on some pages and only gallery image(s) will show. (This is a dev site so ignore the colors.).
Some product page primary images are okay but some are not.

The problematic page was posted, above. Search for “witch” and that product primary image and the gallery are okay.
CHANGES BEFORE THIS HAPPENED: In Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images, the Main Image width was changed from 600 to 500 (to coordinate with the live site configuration). The Thumbnail width was changed from 299 to 400 then back to 299.
In WooCommerce > Status > Tools, Regenerate shop thumbnails was done after changing the widths.
Then, on some product pages, the primary image was missing. The gallery image shows up but a tad higher than it should be, probably because of CSS.
TEST ENVIRONMENT: Tested on a private browser with ctrl-f5 for a better refresh of the page.
More than one browser and a PC as well as the tablet’s two browsers were used to view the page in case it may be browser related. All systems do not show the primary product image.
All plugins, Woo, and WP versions were recent.
TESTS: Plugins were deactivated.

The entire database was restored from a couple days ago (before changes were made).

The Edit Product was reviewed and it does have the primary image. It was updated anyway and that didn’t solve it.
WooCommerce > Status > System status shows no errors, only that SOAP client isn’t available which the site doesn’t need.
I’m at a loss as to what is happening. Our live site is okay, though, but this dev site needs the images to show. And, I’m concerned that more may have been disrupted. I do not understand why backing up everything didn’t solve the problem.
