Pro license activation tab missing

Hello,

I just bought the Pro license for SpeakOut plugin.

I installed the free plugin on two separate WP installations.
There is no pro license activation tab in admin, as mentionned in payment confirmation email or shown somewhere at (I can not find the screenshot).

How shall I proceed to activate the pro license? Thx.
