I recently introduced a new payment processor and didn’t properly grandfather in old Pro version users. Fortunately, i fixed this over the weekend with version 2.13.2. In order to get your pro version activated again you have to go through these steps:
- scroll to bottom and download from select under “Please select a specific version to download.”
- Plugins > Add New > Click “Upload Plugin” button at the top and upload the version 2.12.3 zip file
- Reload page and verify your pro version is active or resubmit your pro activation code
- Upgrade to version 2.13.2 from the Plugins > Installed Plugins page
