Sorry we don’t have a pro version of this plugin, and there is nothing like compatibility with a shipping method as this plugin simply shown the shipping method that will be shown on your cart page so if your shipping method is shown on the cart page then it will be shown on the product page as well
unfortunately show all the shipping methods, the shipping methods that shows on the list are not the same with the cart page
You should contact WooCommerce shipping restriction plugin as their plugin only applies the restriction on the cart page and checkout page
