I can make a staging site. Where should I post the login detail? We are using cloudways hosting.

Actually I meant to ask if you regularly make staging sites / have an exact clone of your site online somewhere? What could happen is that the cloned version of the sites pings our license server before the live version does, and that deactivated the license on the live site.

nope that’s not the case. Right now I don’t have cloned site aktive right now. How can we find the problem? Cloud it be that our sucuri firewall is the problem? Do we have to whitelist an IP?
