I just had to unblock a user who constantly inputs the wrong username and password (he is very old – but not as old as me LOL – and he is computer illiterate) but this time I was unable to unblock him because of my GUI.

I am using the latest version of all themes and plugins and this is a relatively new situation (haven’t checked it for a few weeks) on a plugin that has been installed on this multisite for many, many years.
I have many other websites and they are all fine, and running the same version.
I used Wordfence Assistant and tried resetting everything but to no avail. I had great difficulty deleting both plugins. I had to do it via FTP, and then installed a new version, but it has the same problem.
Would appreciate your help. I am unable to make any changes to the settings the way it is now.
