If other date archives are working fine, the one for November 2017 should also work fine. Please make sure that the Date Archives are enabled in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages.
Once done, clear the cache of your site and check again. If the issue persists, please disable the sign-in requirement to access the site so we can check the page.
