I have a problem with my shop site, when you try open it with a adress url, this happen, like on screenshot, sometimes works and the site open and sometimes it does not, also when you spam F5 the are a chance to enter to the site. (on the screens how it looks)

Looks like some CSS are not being loaded properly. Try to inspect the page and ensure HTML is in place and if you do not get any errors in console.
