Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing some issues with my WooCommerce site that uses Elementor for design and various plugins to manage functionality. My products are imported into my WooCommerce product when a customer searches for a specific product, via a plugin, from my supplier so I don’t have direct control over the images or product information. However, I’m encountering inconsistent behavior with the product images across different pages.
Here are the problems I’m facing:
- On some product pages, the images are displayed correctly.
- On other pages, I only see the thumbnails, and while they enlarge when clicked, they don’t show up as main images.
- On another set of pages, I have a main image and thumbnails, but clicking on certain thumbnails (like the third one) causes the image to slide off the screen.
- The resolution of the images appears very low until I use the zoom feature, where the resolution then appears fine. When i use featured image as product image the resolution is fine to.
