As a first step, I’d recommend testing for any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing this issue. You can read more details on performing a full conflict test in the support guide below:
Should the issue persist, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share any Stripe-related logs with us. You can search for “Stripe” in the drop-down menu to see all the available Stripe log files.
Additionally, please share a copy of your sites System Status Report, found via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you have that, please share the results in your response here.

After checking your SSR, I can see that you have two Stripe-enabled plugins installed:
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: by WooCommerce – 7.4.0
WooCommerce Payments: by Automattic – 5.7.0 (update to version 5.8.1 is available)Is there a reason that you are using them both? I recommend that you only use one as they both interface with Stripe and using both could cause a few issues.
Also, kindly share a screenshot of the error you are seeing on your end (please do not include the API/account keys in the screenshot).

Additionally, can you see if clearing your server cache makes any difference?

I turned off woo commerce payment so I only will use stripe payment and this is photo for the error that i see.

Could you please attempt to clear the server’s cache and disable all caching solutions?
If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce while activating the default Storefront theme.
If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.

I did it I’ve disabled all plugins and still I’ve this problem
