The thing is that I still can’t access my WP admin!.
I don’t have backup codes.
This is what appears when I want to log in:

I was going through my emails and noticed that I enabled two-step authentication a year ago, but I never logged out, so I never had to use the two-step authenticator.

The other day I logged out by mistake and when I tried to log in all this happened, since then I can’t access to my own account.
Can you help me? Who do I need to speak with? What can I do?
WordPress is ignoring me and I don’t know what to do.
