Hi there,
I moved content of my website to another domain using Duplicator plugin. Since it copied everything from my current website, I deleted paypal webhooks from my new website. However, that also deleted webhooks in my current website as well.
In order to clear all this, I disconnected my current website from paypal and tried to reconnect it. However, it is now not connecting. Everything happen correctly on the paypal website but when it redirect to my admin page, it inform that paypal is giving 403 response.
Please inform how this can be resolved. The app is already added in the developer.paypal.com but without any return url or webhooks.
