Hi everyone,
I’m having a couple of urgent problems with my WordPress website – is anyone able to help? The link is [www.nestnaturaltherapies.co.uk])
1. The first problem is the header. It works fine on a desktop, but when I view the site on a phone/tablet there is a grey section at the top of every page with a black X and a turquoise hamburger menu at the top-right. Interestingly enough, my website used to be grey and the menu text used to be white, so I thought maybe my old header is stuck in the system somewhere? The ‘breakdown’ section shows only 1 header, 1 row & 1 module (my **actual** main menu – see image), but no sign of the grey section.I’ve also tried Appearance > Customise but there is no Header option (see image). Can anyone help me to get rid of this big grey section/header with incorrect menu?
2. The second problem is the main menu on the home page. Again, everything seems to work fine on a desktop, but there is a problem on phones/tablets. When you click on the hamburger menu, it opens underneath the main title text of my website (see image). This means that the links underneath the text don’t work.I did a bit of research and tried making the menu and text modules ‘Relative’ and increasing their z-indexes to 2 and 1 respectively, but it didn’t work. Can anyone help me to bring the main menu to the front?
I’d really appreciate help with these if anyone can, and sorry for such a long post. Despite using some of the technical terms, I’m actually a newbie with WordPress – I just learnt a few of the words through research. I have very little knowledge of coding, so if anyone thinks that is the answer, please could you guide me step-by-step where to click and put the codes?
Thank you!
