I have a shop page on my website – which is not live yet – and I am using a categories list as a simple product filtering tool at the top of the page, since I’m unable at this point to get any other product filtering tools to work correctly. However, when I click on any of the categories listed to filter the products, whether I choose the parent category or subcategories, the “filtered” results still show all the products in all of the categories. I could be missing something here (in fact, that’s probably what’s going on!), but does anyone have any ideas?
