Can you help me get my products to sync with google including images.
Do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?
In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, kindly share the following:
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
I added new images to my products 2 days ago which still have not synced with google ads. In addition to this I disabled the Woopayments plugin(b/c I’m using the woo payments with stripe plugin) and disabled the All in One SEO plugin.

I was able to check your error logs but could not see your system status report as the link leads to a 404 page. Could you please resend the system status report?

Please note that it can sometimes take 1–2 days for products to fully sync – https://woo.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#channel-visibility.
Based on the error message shared, please make sure:-
- Your account meets all the requirements outlined here: https://woo.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#general-requirements
- You are using the latest version of the plugin.
