Why hello my good friends! We are about to implement this chat bot and are super excited by all the features, but had a question regarding woocommerce product variations.
We tested the pro-max demo but we unable to see how product suggestions would show product variations?
Almost all of our products have variations so we would like to be able to leverage the chat to do something like this:
‘I am looking for BrandX Fertilizer in 5L bags’
We would hope the chat would show product variations for 5L in the fertilizer range and individual product variations that match. Not just the high level product.
Does that make sense?
If so, please let me know before we go ahead with Pro Max.
