The My Profile page shows the details for all groups which a user belongs to. If a user is member of multiple groups then it will show field sections of all those groups. In your case, it seems like you are member of multiple groups and all groups have field sections named ‘Personal Details’. You can change name of the field sections in these groups to resolve the problem.
To change Section name, please follow these steps:
1) Login to WordPress dashboard and go to “User Profiles >> Groups” menu.
2) Here you will see the Groups list.
3) Now go to “Group Registration Form” for a group and then click on the Section name tab on the left side.
4) Next, go to “Edit Section” link, Change name, and save it.
