You may hide the website field on registration page for a group by referring the following steps :
1) Login to the WordPress dashboard and go to the “User Profiles >> Groups” menu.
2) All Groups will be listed here, then go to the “Group Registration Form” for a group.
3) Next you will see the list of fields for that group. You can edit, delete or add fields from here.
4) To hide field in registration page, disable the option “Display in Default Registration Form” in field settings.
