Publishing failed. Could not update post in the database.

So I get this error from time to time when trying to publish a post 'Publishing failed. Could not update post in the database.'

I double check the entire post, everything is fine.
Used resource, https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-updating-failed/
Checked Site Health, fine

Tried to do something that worked last time:
I turned on Classic Editor, turned off
Tried to publish, same error

Why does this error happen and so often?

Also any recommendations on alternatives to Block Editor?

Found a way to publish it.
Had to activate Classic Editor, Publish the news item, still wouldn’t publish, says it did but not displaying on site. Featured Image won’t attach photo.
Turn off Classic Editor, back to blocks, add Featured Image, save. Now posted.
This is a headache of a bug. Can a dev look into it.
