Hello, one of our site owners logged into word press on his account (linked to our page) and purchased the Pro version for our page, but in the ‘account details’ form when purchasing, he put another email (our group email).
We received the confirmation link in our group email, but when we click on the link it says we do not have access to that link. Is this due to his account (who purchased), not aligning with the ‘account details’ he provided?
Is there a way to resolve this?
