When I refresh my front-end pages when logged into WP, query manager freezes Chrome for about 16 seconds. After 16 seconds, the product images load. QM has no errors and says that the site loaded in ~1-2 seconds. I tried deactivating other plugins which didn’t help and I’m not really sure how to debug it. When deactivating QM the issue went away.

Google Chrome Version 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (arm64)
Does not happen on Safari.
Can you please help me try to figure out what’s going on with it?
