I wanted to ask the community how they handle making updates to their site using a staging environment. When I stage my site it seems that I am also forking my content. As I continue to release content on the live site while the redesign occurs in the background, the delta between the live site and the staging site continues to grow. I have found no good way to re-introduce the drift into the staging site after I promote it to production.
Thoughts? I feel like there is probably a simple answer out there.
