Please note that the way Chaty works, it simply redirects to your preferred communication and social channels. For example, if you use the plug-in with Messenger, communication will be held in Messenger directly (so whether there’s a guest mode or not depends on the specific channel directly). Does that make sense?
You can add page targeting rules in the Chaty Pro plans only, otherwise the widget is showed on the entire site by default.
