[QUESTION] – How can I integrate remote GraphQL API to manage/sync posts to 3rd party website

I am trying to integrate 3rd party GraphQL API with [https://www.advancedcustomfields.com]) to sync all the posts CRUD operations. I mean

1) whatever posts is added/updated/deleted on wordpress should be synced to 3rd party application

2) whatever posts is added/updated/deleted on 3rd party application should be synced to wordpress site

Please suggest on how would I work on this scenario? Any help would be appreciable
