Im rolling out a WordPress website for our choir in the next few days. Here is my user plan:
1 enter all the users ahead of time with the “Send new user email” unchecked
2 wait a few days
3 go back into their profiles and click the send new user email.
Will the system send the file after the user account has been created?
Any other suggestions?

Yes, it will send a New User email when you check the option and then save 👍
I’d test it now just in case by going through the steps with another email you have. Take a few seconds and then you’ll have assurance 🙂
