Quickcab Plugin journey detail not recieved in email

 Hi I am santhosh from India i worked in startupcompany in india, i saw youtube video for taxi booking then I found Quickcab plugin and i reffer to company side then buy this quickcab plugin my company side after i install wordpress website booking email recieved, but billing details only recieved there is no pickup location and destination, calender section also empty, woocommerce order section also there is no details of pickup, date, time and dropoff location same problem. Then I contact Quickcab plugin team, they told downgrade woocommerce plugin. I Downgrade to woocommerce (8.6.1 to 7.8.0) and wordpress version also I downgrade (6.4.3 to 6.3) still no details for pick up and drop off location not recieved.

Then i contact the Quickcab plugin team still no journey detail recieved. They said “we advise that you contact Woocommerce directly for further assistance. As much as we’d love to help you with this, our recommendation is to downgrade Woocommerce”. so that’s why i am contact woocommerce support. so please help for this plugin issue.
