We have checked your website and noticed that there is a JS error on your Console, due to which our scripts along with the Start button don’t work for you.

The problem may come from the Cache plugins (W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize) you are using.

Or, the problem may be connected to one of the plugins you are using, which uses the following JS function:
epGlobals.youtubeChannelGallery()
So, please make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your data.
Then, please do troubleshooting by deactivating the plugins one by one, to understand which plugin is the cause.

Also, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not.
Make sure the cache is excluded on the page where the given quiz is located.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

Thanks for the feedback. I just disabled the plugin autoptimize and everything works fine again as before.

For Autoptimize; first of all confirm the problem is with JS optimization by disabling that option on Settings -> Autoptimize -> JS, CSS & HTML -> Optimize JavaScript. If that fixes the issue, disable “aggregate JS” and switch to “don’t aggregate but defer” + “also defer inline JS”. Based on the outcome of this configuration we can see what next steps are needed/ possible.
