If I go ‘RFQ’ I can get it working, but I also have products I sell, so want to get it back working for ‘normal checkout’
disable caching and see if it solves the issue

or change to PHP sessions in quote request page tab and see if that solves the issue

Does the page exist? Is there a page in your pages menu with that name?(quote request). It looks like the page has been deleted.
I never used to have a page set up for this? Maybe I’m just getting forgetful.

The plugin creates it. Somehow it must have been deleted. Did you put the shortcode [gpls_woo_rfq_get_cart_sc] in the page?
