Hey guys, this website is on shared wp hosting, simple local business site not much traffic at all, but there are surges in phsyical memory usage every 30 mins to an hour, what could be causing it? Website only has 9 active plugins, php is up to date, caching plugin & cloudflare are also active. any help would be great, thank you.

You must have some cron job schedule, try crontrol plugin to check your queued cron jobs
What plugins are you using? Can you list them?
My advice is: Try and deactivate one plugin, see if it happens, do that for all the plugins.
Which host? I had similar on site ground, drove me nuts for months. Got banned from their support in the end. Moved to kinsta, exactly the same site and no issues for 3 years.
