I installed Rank Math on a site with over 30,000 posts and when I go to bulk assign say 20-30 posts to have a new category, I notice this task takes about 10-15 minutes to run in the background. Sometimes it even times out and throws a 502 Gateway error. Since I have managed hosting, they told me to test bulk editing with Rank Math disabled and it ran perfectly smooth, within 5 seconds.
That’s when my host found that Rank Math seems to run pretty much all queries when bulk editing, even if it’s only 20-30 posts. I also did what the Rank Math creator said to do and I increased my numbers here:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000Still the same result though, is there a reason why Rank Math is so query heavy on the backend of wp-admin? Is this a problem with websites with over 10,000 posts?
