This was the response I got from my support ticket, then he marked the ticket as resolved, and doesn’t allow me to respond.
So I responded via email, letting him know this is not a banner on the admin control panel. It’s in public view, to visitors of my site.
I don’t have a problem with developers making money. Why push a free version of Rank Math, and then start putting up a banner to the public visitors of our sites without warning us? Where do I shut down that public banner? And why did you close the support ticket without even asking me for the screenshot so you can see there is no way to dismiss this banner?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
That’s a marketing banner that can be easily dismissed and will only show after you’ve been using the Free plugin for some time.
Although we would love to keep the plugin free for all, we need to fund the costs of development and support and as such, we rely on paid subscriptions.
If you feel that a simple dismissable banner is enough to switch plugins, we respect the decision and hope that you get all the desired results with Yoast SEO.

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The banner is only visible to the logged-in users who have access to the Analytics module of our plugin. It will not be visible publically on your site.
Your support ticket on our forums is still active and we can see an email reply as well to your email.
The banner shouldn’t disappear or just show an upgrade to PRO message. It should show the stats of the page on the front end. If it isn’t, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your Google account.
If you don’t want the banner to be displayed, you can disable it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Frontend Stats Bar (disable this option).
