Hey everybody, I designed my first ever website on WordPress for a client as well and I’m looking for some feedback (good and bad) for further iteration
I have only been doing web design/development for a couple months so please try to be a bit more specific in the comments

The design looks nice. is this a theme or design from scratch ?
That really looks good to me! One tip I’d offer is to help speed up asset load speed is to convert all of your images to webp format – retains quality at a fraction of file size. A bunch of free conversion tools available online.
Objectively good work
I like it. You have incorporated just about everything required for a real estate website. I’m impressed that you did a good job with the listings portion of the site. In my opinion, that’s the hardest part. I also like what you did with the resource section about Spain.
My only complaints are that I usually put a script at the footer to change the year and I’m not a fan of opening animations but I get it and yours was done well.
Other than that, I have been using AI to create community pages that do a great job of selling the amenities of each neighborhood.
