How is that page being generated? I can see its not the WooCommerce shop page. Are the products being generated from a WooCommerce shortcode, or by some magic from your theme?
If its a theme feature, note that this forum members don’t have access to commercial themes or to their code. You’ll need to ask the theme vendor’s support service.
If its a WooCommerce shortcode, you can add orderby=”menu_order” as a shortcode parameter.

Both the home page and the shop page seems to re-order the products randomly.
I just don’t understand why the ‘menu order’ that I can adjust doesn’t actually change the menu order.. I have read through the woo commerce short codes link you sent.. I am not sure I am ready to attempt that.
I need to do far more research before adding code!
update, I found another setting that allowed me to change the woo commerce products order to menu order when editing the home page..
need to do it in a couple places and I just missed that!
