I would not ask this if it were not desperate now. I have purchased the User Locations plugin, and something is really not working as expected: The map does not show all the members (in fact: only very few).
I have filed a support ticket about 10 days ago, and got no reply. I re-filed another support ticket on friday last week, and got no reply. I searched the ultimatemember website for anything to contact, there is nothing – an address to write a letter in paper. Is this company up and running at all?
