Recommendation for 3.0.1 errors until fixed: downgrade or beta?

Since there are other problems reported with 3.0.1 I would like to know your recommendation

If the beta package that our developer sent fixes your issue, you can use it. But if the beta package cause you some other issue, please downgrade to the most stable version 2.9.2 while waiting for the 3.0.2 release.

We still have some issues left on 3.0.2 so it might need some time for it to be released.
