Is it possible to recover it?
I have full access to my website and also to cPanel, but unfortunately I do not have access to a backup…

Does your host make backups of your files?
You might want to back your theme files up locally..
Git is really easy to learn and use.
If all else fails you might (might [might]) be able to use something like the wayback machine to get your styles back.
